    1. Can you provide a short explanation of why you are applying for the role of Chair and what skills and experience you can bring from previous roles into the role of Chair of the Film and TV Charity?
    2. As a Board we have worked hard to develop an ambitious strategy for the next few years. Can you tell us about your experience of developing, shaping and delivering strategy?
    3. We are seeking individuals who will inspire others and enables a supportive and collaborative environment. Can you provide an example where you have collaborated with colleagues to deliver the organisation’s mission? How did you ensure that inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility were the fore in this collaboration?
    4. Our new Chair will need to articulate the vision and ambition to external audiences in a compelling way. Please tell us about a time you have played an ambassadorial or spokesperson role for an organisation?
    5. Fundraising is critical for the Charity to continue to achieve our ambitious plans. Can you provide a perspective on how you would work with the executive and broader board to facilitate the generation of fundraised income?
