Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong passion and commitment to the Charity and its purpose.
  • Empathy for, or lived experience of, the work-lives of our beneficiaries.
  • Senior leadership experience in a commercial, not for profit or public service setting.
  • Experience of working effectively at Board level.
  • Experience of working in or with the screen industries is desirable.
  • Understanding of charity law, regulation and good governance is desirable.
  • Experience of leading a team through a period of cultural change.
  • Experience of strategic planning, operational planning and delivery management.
  • Experience of finance and budget planning cycles.
