- Board meetings are quarterly
- Chair sits on ARC who meet twice a year
- Remuneration and Nominations Committee meet twice a year
- Audit and Risk Committee meet Twice Yearly – February and September
- Chair also attends a monthly – multi directors review meeting (1 hr on Teams)
