Working for NS&I

NS&I is currently trialling a Hybrid Working Policy and colleagues are expected to work in their office location a minimum of 40% of their working month i.e. two days per week for a full time employee. This is expected to increase to 60% in Autumn.

Any move to NS&I from another employer will mean you can no longer access childcare vouchers. This includes moves between government departments. You may however be eligible for other government schemes, including Tax-Free Childcare. Determine your eligibility at https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/.

This role may require some travel to other sites, please be aware if you travel to a second location on average 4 days a month, you may be liable for P11D taxation.  If you have any queries concerning this the NS&I HR Team will be happy to assist.

 

Security

Successful candidates must be able to meet the Baseline Personnel Security Standard prior to appointment. This will comprise of a criminal record check and a financial check plus employment references.
