Qualifications and Training.

 

Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification (level 7) in Human Resources or related field.
Previous Experience.

 

Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role at Director or Senior Management level.

Demonstrated experience in leading organisational development and change management, aligning infrastructure and capability to business needs.

Track record of successful leadership and delivery of HR strategies that align with organisation objectives.

Experience in developing a strong employer brand encompassing talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.

Experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring effective people management and appraisal systems.

Experience in leading and supporting employee relations encompassing grievances, redundancies, and performance improvement plans.

Experience in managing employee relations issues and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Familiarity with HR technology and data analytics for informed decision making.

Experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders.

Skills/Abilities/

Knowledge.

 

In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and ability to embed them in HR practices.

Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing HR team.
