Qualifications and Training.

 

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, IWFM, IOSH / NEBOSH Qualification or equivalent.
Previous Experience.

 

Senior estates-management or facilities experience in an organisation and site of equivalent scale and complexity.

Proven experience of managing multiple projects to time and quality.

Proven evidence of setting and managing multi-year and in-year property and facilities investment budgets, providing timely corrective action where required.

Experience of working with people with Hearing Loss.

Experience of dealing with a complex Facility Management Matrix.

 

Skills/Abilities/

Knowledge.

 

 

Strong knowledge of building systems, construction, and maintenance practice.

Ability to develop change strategies and to work collaboratively cross-functionally to deliver.

IT competency with all Microsoft packages.

Strong understanding of H&S and Environmental legislation.

Excellent leadership, communication, and management experience, able to lead and motivate a team to deliver.

Experience of working in the hearing/healthcare or animal training sector.
