Fee payable for the role
Board meetings will be held monthly at one of the main hospital sites in east Kent. In addition, Audit committee and Nominations and Remuneration Committees take place throughout the year. It is expected that this will account for 2 to 3 days per month (formal and informal time) for Board and sub committee meetings and preparation time. The Chair is expected to be able to contribute a total of 4 days per month to the role and for this a fee of £30K per annum will be paid.
