Qualifications

Professionally qualified accountant (CCAB-qualified, with current membership of a recognised professional accountancy body).

Experience

  • Significant successful Executive Director, Board-level or equivalent leadership experience within a complex organisation.
  • Proven experience of successfully leading finance, procurement and estates functions within a complex organisation
  • Proven track record of leading organisational performance and risk functions and overseeing integrated strategic and business planning.
  • Experience of providing financial leadership in periods of significant organisational transformation and change.
  • Experience of providing meaningful and effective strategic advice to Boards and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of successfully leading and developing high-performing and values-led teams.
