It’s an exciting time to join us, we’re a growing organisation and we have an ambitious three year strategy. In this position, you will lead a dedicated team of customer experience professionals, looking at all how we translate our corporate strategy into the services that MaPS delivers directly, as well as ensuring the quality of the services we commission through our partners. We’re launching some new services in the coming years and this role will be pivotal in ensure we get them just right for the customers who need them most, and that we continue to improve them on an ongoing basis.
