We are seeking a new Head of Employee Experience and HR Advice, a position that promises to be both impactful and rewarding.

As you prepare your application, imagine stepping into this pivotal role, where you will have the chance to collaborate closely with our Corporate Director for HR Operations and me. Together, we will embark on a journey to enhance our HR capabilities and implement innovative strategies that foster meaningful change across our organisation.

In this position, you will lead a dedicated team that nurtures a vibrant workplace culture. Your responsibilities will be diverse and fulfilling, and you will interact with the MaPS Board, the Remuneration and People Committee, and our approximately 500 employees.

You will primarily collaborate with C-suite directors to provide expert HR advice and develop policies that align with organisational needs, indirectly supporting our employees in their daily roles. Your contribution will be vital in driving employee engagement initiatives, ensuring that every team member feels connected and valued. As a champion of diversity and inclusion, you will play a crucial role in creating a workplace that celebrates differences and fosters an environment of respect.

Additionally, you will design strategies to support the growth and development of our employees throughout their careers. Your passion for learning and development will shine as you lead engaging training programs that equip our workforce with essential skills. You will also prioritise well-being by promoting and supporting the physical, mental, and emotional health of our employees through comprehensive initiatives.

Safety will be another critical aspect of your role. By developing and enforcing robust health and safety policies, you will ensure that our work environment is productive and secure. Regarding employee relations, your empathy and fairness will be essential in fostering a positive workplace where disputes are resolved effectively.
