- Senior leadership experience in oversight regulation, regulatory supervision activity or other comparable experience.
- Strong strategic judgement and the ability to lead complex, high-profile regulatory activity under scrutiny.
- Significant experience in leading regulatory reviews or investigations, including those leading to enforcement action.
- Strong experience in building and sustaining high performing teams in an environment where rapid re-prioritisation and deployment of resources is required.
- Experience in statutory decision-making, regulatory assurance, or driving performance improvements in external organisations.
- Credibility with senior stakeholders, including regulators and government.
- A collaborative and inclusive leadership style with the ability to build high-performing teams.
