Disability Confident Scheme for Disabled Persons
The Legal Services Board embraces diversity and promotes equal opportunities. As such, we run a Disability Confident Scheme (DCS) for candidates with disabilities who meet the minimum selection criteria. You should indicate this in your application if you would like to be considered under this scheme.
How We Will Manage Your Application
We will deal with your application as quickly as possible (timings above are indicative).
Once all applications have been received, they will be sifted against the criteria in the Person Specification. You will be advised of the outcome of your application by email.
Reasonable adjustments will be made for candidates with disabilities. If you have any specific queries and requests, please let courtney.hiles@green-park.co.uk know.
The Panel
The panel will consist of the following members:
- Richard Orpin – Chief Executive.
- TBC: A combination of either Board members, independent members or members of the Executive Leadership Team.
Monitoring Information
The Legal Services Board values equality and diversity and is committed to ensuring its processes and procedures are fair, transparent and free from unlawful discrimination.

To ensure we are treating candidates fairly, we monitor diversity at all stages of the appointments process. Once we have received your application, we will send you a EDI monitoring form to complete.
