Previous Experience

- Proven senior operational management experience with diverse teams of 20+.
- Senior leadership team membership.
- Experience of managing £1m plus budgets and creating detailed financial reports.
Desirable
- Charity sector experience at a senior level.
- Experience of working with people with Hearing Loss.
- Experience of working with volunteers.
- ADI and ADUK knowledge of standards and accreditation process.
- Experience of working with or supporting vulnerable people professionally or personally.
Skills/Abilities/Knowledge

- IT competency with all Microsoft packages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate/lead effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to think strategically to shape and implement strategy and to develop, implement and review operational work plans.
- Ability to influence Executive, board level and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership skills, providing direction, focus and development to the wider team to achieve performance.
- Works collaboratively to encourage cross-functional working, avoid duplication of resources and improve results.
- Understanding of the complexities of operational supply chain management and proven ability/capability to manage.
