Essential
- Senior programme management leadership experience, ideally in the public sector, digital/data services, or major programme delivery.
- Demonstrable experience in operating in demanding environments including delivering high profile and/or complex transformation and procurement activity.
- Demonstrable experience in running a portfolio of projects or programmes.
- Demonstrable experience in building effective corporate functions in a startup environment.
- Demonstrable experience working across organisations, with executive teams and Boards.
- Ability to operate and communicate credibly with senior stakeholders across government, research organisations, and delivery partners.
- Commitment to equitable access and inclusion, consistent with HDRS’s obligations under the UK Equality Act 2010.
Desirable
- Professional qualifications in portfolio, programme and risk management.
- Experience in digital, data, or platform-based organisation.
- Experience of government major projects and relevant public sector guidance.
- Experience of working within or adjacent to the NHS in the UK.
- Experience of working within a tech / data transformation programme or organisation.
- Experience of developing green book-based business cases.
