Education & Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- CIPD qualification required, FCIPD preferred.

Experience
Essential
- Demonstrable experience of senior people leadership in complex organisations, serving on leadership teams and working in partnership with CEOs and Boards.
- Track record of successfully leading significant recruitment and resourcing at scale, including executive-level hiring.
- Experience in leading organisational design and change management, particularly in fast-growing or newly established organisations.
- Experience establishing people functions from scratch or in early-stage organisations.
- Genuine enthusiasm for health data, health innovation, and improving patient outcomes.
Desirable
- Understanding of UK public sector or government-owned company environments, including governance, compliance, and accountability frameworks.
- Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, research, or similar mission-driven sectors is advantageous.
