Experience
Essential:
- Strong track record of designing and delivering campaigns that engage, mobilise and inspire to achieve real world impact
- Implementing digital infrastructure, along with systems and processes
- Expertise in social, email and digital tactics, with demonstrable success across all channels
- Track record of developing effective digital products from inception through to delivery
- Managing external agencies to deliver projects
- Leading a successful digital or marketing team, including individual line management
- Working with consumer data in line with regulatory requirements/industry best practice
- Experience in change management and successfully implementing strategic and organisational change
- Budget and financial management experience as part of a senior role
Desirable:
- Experience or understanding of digital mobilisation and how it drives acquisition, engagement and income
- Providing services to third party clients/partners
Skills and Abilities:
- An experienced senior leader with high integrity and low ego, who has led and recruited teams through periods of change or restructuring
- Excellent strategic nous, with a clear understanding of how digital campaigns fit into Good Law Project’s wider vision
- Excellent campaign planning skills
- Analytical thinker with a strong grasp of how to make data driven campaign decisions
- Able to contribute to the wider organisation as an SMT member
- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Knowledge:
- Strong awareness of the UK political landscape
- Good awareness of digital technology/media landscape
- Clear understanding of GDPR principles
