Essential
- Strong track record of operating at senior management level in either the charitable or business sectors.
- Experience of working with at Board level and with charity trustees
- Proven track record of operational delivery – delivering challenging targets, meeting timescales and quality requirements.
- Good understanding of finance, with experience of managing complex budgets, preferable in a not-for-profit context.
- Proven people leadership and management skills with experience of creating and developing diverse teams.
- Experience of corporate social responsibility and community engagement
- Demonstrable track record in finding and winning funding.
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivation skills but also able to work as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
Desirable:
- A good understanding of ELBA’s proposition and competitors’ products.
- Experience of safeguarding policies and procedures.
