Experience
Essential
- Extensive experience of managing a large people based operations function at executive leadership and board level
- Leadership and management of a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience of developing and delivering strategy for a portfolio of services across all four UK jurisdictions and multiple locations
- Extensive experience of managing significant budgets and operating plans
- Experience of external engagement and partnership building at the highest levels
Experience of leading and managing volunteers will be desirable.
