Experience
- Proven ability to provide inspiring leadership, generating high employee engagement and motivation, embedding the desired leadership behaviours across the entire organisation.
- Experienced in successfully leading change within a complex business and securing performance improvements and efficiencies.
- A track record of adopting creative, leading-edge technological and/or digital first solutions to meet the changing needs of a large, dispersed stakeholder group.
- Demonstrable evidence of leading by example and with a sensitive understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion matters, with a track record of shifting the dial.
- Evidence of successfully communicating and developing relationships with a range of stakeholders internally, publicly, with the MoD and Armed Forces, and with current and future corporate partners.
- Previous senior level experience of working in content creation, distribution, broadcasting or similar media-related industries.
- An understanding of how to apply commercial disciplines in a charitable organisation would also be helpful.
