- A seasoned leader with strong commercial mindset and experience of resource-focussed financial leadership in the public or charity sector, and of creating value in resource-constrained environments.
- Extensive experience of leading strategy implementation across an Executive team; a proven track record of collaboratively delivering business transformation.
- Professional accounting qualification – ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent
- Experience of negotiating and managing significant government or commercial contracts.
- Experience of overseeing and directing organisational planning and performance, to ensure delivery of strategy.
- You have experience leading large-scale financial transformation projects that have delivered significant cost savings and process efficiencies.
- A collaborative, influential and collegiate leader, able to work across silos and bring people together around shared goals whilst delivering with pace and progress.
- A demonstrable history of advancing diversity and developing inclusive culture within your organisation.

- You’re skilled in using advanced financial modelling and data analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
