  • Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience

  • Experienced, intellectually strong, senior level communicator and marketing leader
  • Significant experience of working at senior management/ Board level in a major service or similar organisation
  • Significant experience of brand management
  • Experience of managing external marketing & comms agencies e.g. Advertising, Media, Design and Public Relation agencies.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills to inspire support and confidence of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate others commanding the confidence of directors, managers, and senior clinical colleagues by developing a strong ethos of team working within and across departments and divisions
  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex information to establish problems and measure performance improvement
  • Able to stimulate and support an open and inclusive working environment where integrity and respect are evident and highly valued
  • Demonstrable ability to translate strategic goals into effective and achievable operational plans, monitoring progress and delivering results
