Salary: From £67,000 to £75,000, depending upon experience
Contract: This is a permanent full-time appointment

Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience of operating at a senior strategic leadership level and operating at Board level
- Extensive experience in managing and motivating employees and volunteers, with a proven track record of achieving high levels of performance and maintaining a cohesive team
- Experience of or exposure to commissioning/commissioners and complex contract negotiation
- Experience of leading business planning and performance management processes with evidence of success
- The ability to develop and implement vision and strategic plans
- An understanding of charity governance and knowledge of income generation activities including commissioning, fundraising and partnerships
- Experience of networking, persuading and influencing key stakeholders, including policy makers, politicians, partners and stakeholders.
- Good financial acumen with experience of managing complex budgets
- Experience of using accounting software and willingness to engage with relevant financial/accounting systems
- Confident in use of collaboration software, such as Microsoft365
- Self-supporting, comfortable managing own diary
