Essential Experience
- Experience of handling governance issues (preferably in a regulated financial environment).
- Dealing with Boards, senior executives and Government.
- Relevant legal and financial experience.
- Ability to self-manage and direct.

- Social Sector knowledge and contacts.
- Understanding of the how the dormant asset scheme works and its guiding principles.
- Strong experience of working in complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of regulatory environment for charities and investment organisations.
