Technical Skills

  • Ability to interpret complex legal information and provide robust advice on casework, governance and statutory obligations.

Experience

  • Senior leadership in complex FtP or regulatory casework environments, including large-scale operational and legal functions.
  • Advising on complex, high-risk or legally contentious cases, including escalation, enforcement and governance matters.
  • Acting as Intelligent Client for legal services, managing external providers and ensuring value for money and quality assurance.
