Graeme Biggar CBE
Director General

Welcome from Director General Operations

Having worked in a range of roles tackling serious and organised crime, I joined the NCA at its inception in 2013. As DG Operations I lead the operational response to tackling serious and organised for the agency. We have a unique and challenging mission. At the heart of this is the NCA International Directorate who deliver the operational activity with international partners to tackle serious and organised crime across a multitude of threats.

This vital work drives the intelligence gathering, dissemination and operational response across the world against serious organised crime whilst also supporting collaborative work with Police Forces and Regional Organised Crime Units to tackle threats upstream.

The agency benefits from a diverse multi agency background bringing together in-depth knowledge with innovation and new ideas to disrupt organised crime. I welcome your application to join us in our mission to protect the public from serious and organised crime.
