I joined Morden College as CEO last autumn, and an exciting opportunity has arisen to join my Senior Leadership Team and Executive Board at our charity.
Morden College is an almshouse charity in South London that provides independent living accommodation, a small 28-bed care home, and a range of care and community services. Around 250 people live here.
I’m looking for someone who’s strong on service delivery and comfortable with innovation to lead and develop our Resident Services, Care and Health, and Impact and Development teams to deliver tangible outcomes that align to our charitable objectives.
This is an exciting time at Morden College: we’re re-developing our values, planning our strategy, and reviewing our property and service offerings. If you join us, you’ll lead on:
- consulting residents to ensure that we understand the needs and wants within a community of people with an average age of 82.
- developing our admissions policy
- our approach to understanding the financial circumstances of our residents
- our ambition to have a more diverse range of beneficiaries
- growing our grant-making
