Remuneration
This role is offered at £120,000.
Contract type
The role is offered on a permanent full-time basis.
Annual leave
25 days per annum, increasing by an additional day for each completed years’ service to a maximum of 30 days per annum.
Probationary period
Six months.
Notice period
Six months’ notice on either side after completion of probation.
Location
The role is based at our London office on a hybrid working basis with two days per week in the office.

Fully funded access to a 24hr/365 telephone counselling service with BHSF Rise. This also includes face to face counselling sessions per year.

Private medical insurance
Fully funded entry to this comprehensive private medical insurance scheme (providing cover for dental, eye care and specialist mental health provision) with no excess. MI scheme, which is supplied by Aviva. Employees may purchase additional cover for family and or a partner at their own expense (this benefit is taxable). This benefit is available on completion of probation.
Cycle to Work Scheme
The Cycle to Work Scheme allows you to purchase a bike and associated equipment (from £100 up to a value of £2500 + VAT) tax and NI free through a hire agreement.
Volunteering scheme
Two days per year are given to take up volunteering opportunities.
