Time Commitment
The expected time commitment is one Board meeting per quarter (approximately two hours), an annual strategy day, at least one committee meeting per quarter (approximately two hours). Preparation for each meeting (approximately 2 hours) is required for reading reports and meeting papers. Trustees will also be invited to attend charity events.
This will be a total of approximately 8-10 hours per quarter, plus an annual strategy day (one full day).
Newly appointed trustees will be invited to observe their first board and subcommittee meetings.
