Clinical Leadership Trustee
This role will play a critical part in strengthening the Board’s oversight of service quality, safeguarding and clinical governance.

- Bring senior clinical leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, mental health or addiction services.
- Support the Board in assuring safe, effective and evidence-based service delivery at scale.
- Contribute insight on balancing quality, risk and innovation in complex service environments.
- Provide credible challenge and guidance on clinical strategy and outcomes.
Digital, Data and Technology Trustee
This role is central to shaping how GamCare uses digital and data to expand reach, improve accessibility and enhance impact.
You will:
- Bring senior experience in digital transformation, data strategy or technology leadership.
- Support the Board in ensuring digital investment drives measurable improvements in service access and outcomes.
- Provide insight on digital governance, cyber risk and data protection.
- Help position GamCare as an innovative, insight-driven organisation.
Income Generation and Fundraising Trustee
This role will support the Board in ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the organisation.
You will:
- Bring a strong track record in income generation, partnerships or commercial strategy.
- Help shape a diversified and resilient funding model in a changing landscape.
- Provide insight into fundraising strategy, stakeholder engagement and income risk.
- Support the organisation to maximise opportunities presented by new funding mechanisms.
Health Systems and Commissioning Trustee
This role will be critical in strengthening the Board’s understanding of commissioning, system dynamics and the external environment in which GamCare operates.
You will:
- Bring senior experience within health systems, commissioning, public health or integrated care.
- Support the Board to navigate a complex and evolving commissioning landscape, including the transition to statutory funding arrangements.
- Provide insight into how services are planned, funded, commissioned and evaluated, ensuring GamCare is well positioned within emerging models.
- Contribute to the Board’s understanding of system relationships, partnership working and contract environments.
- Help shape GamCare’s strategic positioning and influence within a highly interconnected and politically sensitive system.
