Experience and Understanding

  • A strategic and operational leader with experience of leading and developing a team to achieve transformational change.
  • Experience of complex governance structures or similar frameworks.
  • Experience of financial planning and management.

Knowledge

  • A practical and evidenced knowledge of good practice in equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.

Skills and Competencies

  • Able to articulate vision and values and inspire others.
  • Able to provide leadership and direction in an organisation with multiple functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to turn vision and strategy into concrete plans for delivery.

Qualifications
