Requirements
Experience and Understanding
- A strategic and operational leader with experience of leading and developing a team to achieve transformational change.
- Experience of complex governance structures or similar frameworks.
- Experience of financial planning and management.
Knowledge
- A practical and evidenced knowledge of good practice in equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
Skills and Competencies
- Able to articulate vision and values and inspire others.
- Able to provide leadership and direction in an organisation with multiple functions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to turn vision and strategy into concrete plans for delivery.

Qualifications
- Educated to degree level of equivalent.
- Business or post graduate qualification (desirable).
