Use of Artificial Intelligence
The use of AI within applications is not prohibited as technological assistance can be considered broadly equivalent to a number of pre-existing tools. However, the application must be factually accurate, and you must declare how you have used AI in preparation for your application .
The successful candidate must be able to clearly demonstrate evidence of the following essential criteria that will be used to assess your application:
Essential Criteria
- Proven track record of providing visible and inspiring leadership and management, with the ability to build/galvanise and motivate high performing, multi-disciplinary teams, including technical experts.
- Proven experience of providing legal advice, input and decision-making into the most complex and sensitive legal casework, along with a strong analytical capability.
- Demonstrable success in improving the efficiency, productivity and quality of casework management in a complex organisation.
- Proven experience of operating effectively under pressure and scrutiny.
- Proven experience of successful stakeholder engagement ideally in a complex and/or federal organisational environment.
- Professionally qualified Solicitor or Barrister entitled to practise in England and Wales, with 10 years PQE. Extensive track record of successfully practising criminal law or civil litigation.
