Trustee With Criminal Justice Experience:
- Deep knowledge of the criminal justice system, particularly gained within probation, prisons, or policing
- Strategic understanding of potentially key relationships for CGL in the Criminal Justice space
- Understanding of community-level systems and organisations in the criminal justice space
Trustee With Governance and Service Delivery Experience:
- Experience of spearheading an organisation through a transition and growth phase
- Commercial or business experience of delivering services
- Experience of working in a complex, UK-wide organisation
- Experience of delivery, services, operations, or transformation
