Technical Skills
Trustee With Clinical Experience:
- A registered healthcare professional, with clinical expertise
- Experience of clinical governance, patient safety and quality improvement
- Desirable experience of contributing effectively to a Quality and Performance or Clinical Safety Committee, or similar
Trustee With Marketing and Branding Experience:
- Proven experience in strategic marketing and brand development, at senior level within a complex organisation or agency
- Track record of raising organisational visibility and influence, preferably in the public, charity, or campaigning sectors
- Strong understanding of audience engagement, digital platforms, and media relations to support service user voice and organisational advocacy
- Ability to provide strategic oversight and challenge on brand positioning, stakeholder communications, and reputation management at board level
