Trustee With Criminal Justice Experience:

  • Deep knowledge of the criminal justice system, particularly gained within probation, prisons, or policing
  • Strategic understanding of potentially key relationships for CGL in the Criminal Justice space
  • Understanding of community-level systems and organisations in the criminal justice space

Trustee With Governance and Service Delivery Experience:

  • Experience of spearheading an organisation through a transition and growth phase
  • Commercial or business experience of delivering services
  • Experience of working in a complex, UK-wide organisation
  • Experience of delivery, services, operations, or transformation
