Education Knowledge and Experience
- Extensive experience in a senior finance role of a large organisation ideally within a charitable organisation.
- A senior leader with a demonstrable experience of delivering change and innovation.
- A proven track record of developing relationships across the organisation.
- Commercial and financial awareness with the ability to make sound decisions and recommendations, taking account of the needs of people that use our services.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA fully qualified Accountant – relevant graduate qualification and/or equivalent business experience with at least 10 years’ experience.

- Adept at presenting financial information and risk to senior internal stakeholders that support and influence key decision making, whilst assuring appropriate level of governance.
