Saffron also has an ambitious investment programme in both our existing properties but also in the development of new homes. Out commercial subsidiary, Crocus Contractors Ltd plays a key part in delivering affordable homes.
It is a good time to be joining the Board as Chair of ARC. Our IDA will have been completed in May 2024 and the committee you will lead is effective and experienced.
We are ideally seeking an experienced non-executive with chairing and sector experience to lead the committee but is not essential. Someone with a strong track record of working within a regulated industry, familiar with developing and delivering strategic finance and a keen eye on risk identification and management.
We are seeking an individual who shares our passion for our tenants and the communities we serve and embraces our values which underpin our approach to everything we do at Saffron.
