We are looking to appoint two new board directors. We are looking for energy, ambition and a commitment to Magenta Living’s values.

You’ll see from the role profile that we’re keen to find new board directors with experience in any of the following areas:

  • Digital/IT
  • Cyber Security
  • Data Governance
  • Housing Asset Management

Previous non-executive director experience is not essential as we provide a rigorous induction programme. In fact, our most recent appointment to the Board, Liam Kelly, who had no direct NED experience within social housing when he joined, described his induction programme as ‘nurturing, informative and tailored to my needs’.
