Experience and Knowledge
- Substantial experience of working at executive level in a housing association or similar environment.

- A strategic understanding of customer services, asset management, development and finance, including large-scale budget management.
- A track record of successfully leading and managing people, developing successful, cohesive and high performing teams, a positive culture and leading change.
- Experience of working with Boards and Committees at a strategic level.
- Experience of successfully delivering transformational projects to continuously improve service delivery with high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience of successful and productive partnership working with other organisations, for the benefit of customers and communities.
- A good grasp of the key financial, regulatory and legal requirements for housing associations.

- A good understanding of and commitment to working closely with the communities Arawak Walton serves.
- Strong senior track record and expertise in core functions delivered within an Operations Directorate is desirable.
