  • A strategic understanding of customer services, asset management, development and finance, including large-scale budget management.
  • A track record of successfully leading and managing people, developing successful, cohesive and high performing teams, a positive culture and leading change.
  • Experience of working with Boards and Committees at a strategic level.
  • Experience of successfully delivering transformational projects to continuously improve service delivery with high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience of successful and productive partnership working with other organisations, for the benefit of customers and communities.
  • A good grasp of the key financial, regulatory and legal requirements for housing associations.
  • Experience of business planning, risk management and assurance.
  • A good understanding of and commitment to working closely with the communities Arawak Walton serves.
  • Strong senior track record and expertise in core functions delivered within an Operations Directorate is desirable.
