
We’re thrilled to be recruiting our next Director of People and Culture, a pivotal role at a truly exciting time for YMCA St Paul’s Group.

As our Director of People and Culture, you’ll lead the development of our people, shape our culture, and embed values-driven policies and practices. You’ll also be responsible for championing our Christian ethos and leading our Chaplaincy team, ensuring staff, residents, and customers have access to the pastoral and spiritual support that helps them grow and explore their own hopes and beliefs.
You’ll be part of a skilled and committed Executive Team, working closely with peers, the Board, and its committees to shape the organisation, respond to challenges, and seize opportunities.
