Person Specification

  1. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with solid management and financial accounts experience gained in a hands-on role.
  2. A commercial and financially focussed individual, who will ideally have worked over multi-site organisations and be flexible in your approach to fulfilling requirements in differing sectors. With the ability to create, implement and deliver strategic plans, working with mind-like stakeholders you will be an influential leader.
  3. Authoritative knowledge of the work practices, processes and procedures relevant to the role including broader sector/commercial awareness.
  4. Ability to inspire, challenge and motivate colleagues and school leaders towards a shared vision.
  5. Ability to develop effective teamwork and promote and maintain effective relationships.
  6. Ability to prioritise, plan and organise yourself and others, think creatively and anticipate and solve problems.
  7. Demonstrate an ability to communicate to a range of audiences and be willing to be flexible to meet the needs of the Trust.  You will have a personal energy and resilience in the face of challenge.
