Welcome and thank you for your interest in the role of Finance Director at Xavier Catholic Education Trust.
We are a family of schools and other educational organisations that hold a common set of values and a vision for Catholic education which sees us committed to working tirelessly to ensure that every child, student, staff member and leader realises their full potential. We are on a mission to make our world a better place and the successful candidate for this position will play a key role in leading the delivery of that.
We have a reputation across the South East region for excellence but we are always looking to improve what we do. We recognise that the most important factor in our success is the exceptional staff we are blessed to work with and we know that in order to sustain this we need to ensure Xavier continues to be a wonderful place to live out one’s vocation. The successful candidate will enjoy being part of a great team in which they will be well-supported and challenged. They will hold significant strategic and leadership responsibility and benefit from all that comes from working in a faith community and values-driven organisation.
