Terms & Conditions

  • Salary: c. £60,000 per annum.
  • Pension Contribution: 5% employee / 5% employer.
  • Employee Flexible Working Policy: Employees may complete their work between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., provided business needs and adequate coverage are maintained. Standard contracted hours are 37.5 per week. (This policy encompasses hybrid working.)
  • CEO Expectations re Hybrid Working: Due to the highly relational nature of the role, a greater degree of flexibility is required from the CEO compared to other staff roles.
  • Annual Leave: 34 days, inclusive of bank holidays and one day off for the individual’s birthday.

Face-to-face interactions with staff are essential initially to develop a deep understanding of Upbeat’s culture, values, and operations during the proposed handover and probationary period. While some remote working (e.g. virtual meetings) may be possible, we are unable to guarantee or quantify specific arrangements during this stage. Post probation we anticipate the introduction of a more structured hybrid working arrangement to be agreed by the Board and new CEO.
