We have done this by developing the next generation of great teachers and brilliant leaders. And by growing a powerful network of talented people (our alumni) committed to change.
We now work with schools in every region of England, helping them make a difference where it’s needed most.

We work with schools to find and develop the great teachers and leaders they need.
Within two years of partnering with us, underperforming school departments improve their GCSE results. From 9% lower than other departments in the same school, to 16% higher, on average.
Our teachers become leaders
When they’re ready, we help our teachers step up and lead social change.
This support makes our teachers over twelve times more likely to progress to senior leadership roles early in their career, than those who train through other routes.
Four years into teaching, 50% those who stay in schools are in middle leadership positions.

Our Ambassadors work to connect schools to a wider ecosystem of experts. And they connect with each other in the classroom and beyond to increase their impact.
280 people who’ve completed our Training Programme are working in government and policy positions with four as Members of Parliament. And 200 work in senior positions in the charity sector. As leaders in their own fields, they share the same vision: to help every child fulfil their potential.
