Your knowledge and experience
- Experience of leading a business or commercial organisation at a senior level i.e. Chairman, CEO or Director level
- A proven track record of leadership and chairing skills with experience of chairing well- managed and inclusive meetings, ensuring all members’ views are considered and that consensus and clarity of outcomes are achieved
- Good entrepreneurial, commercial and negotiating experience
- Good knowledge and understanding of the management, financial and operational aspects involved in leading a medium-sized organisation
- Experience of charity governance and working with, or as part of, a Board as a non- executive director or trustee
- Background and experience that major donors, charitable foundations and corporates would recognise, appreciate and find engaging
- An understanding of the community we serve
