Thank you for your interest in the role of Chair at The Brain Tumour Charity.
It has been a privilege to serve as Chair of this extraordinary organisation. Over the years, I’ve witnessed the immense dedication, compassion and ambition that define everyone involved in our work, from our incredible team and trustees to our committed volunteers, supporters and our community. Together, we’ve built a charity that is bold in its vision and tireless in its efforts to accelerate progress to find a cure for brain tumours.
The Brain Tumour Charity is unique. We’re the largest dedicated funder of brain tumour research globally and the only UK charity that’s tackling brain tumours three vital fronts: research, campaigning and direct support. Everything we do is rooted in the experiences and voices of those affected. And while we’ve made great strides together with our community and partners, we know we can move further, faster.
We’re now looking for our next Chair to lead the Board through this next chapter – someone who brings not only governance expertise and strategic clarity, but empathy, passion for our vision and a commitment to collaboration. You’ll be joining at an exciting time as we continue to grow our impact and deliver change in line with our strategy to 2030.
The role of Chair is both a responsibility and a deeply rewarding opportunity to help drive forward a cause that truly matters.
