This role will be instrumental in leading how we bring together people from different organisations without organisational boundaries; this is a very rare opportunity for you as an individual to establish yourself at the forefront of this organisational development.
It is an opportunity to bring together over 10,000 people who are passionate professionals, in a wide diversity of services and specialisms. To lay the foundations and to create the environment in which we achieve the full potential of those people and the contribution they make to the health and wellbeing of the 1.7 million people in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
