Experience
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrable track record of delivery at a senior level in a law enforcement environment;
- Proven track record of providing leadership at executive and Board-level leadership experience;
- Experience of managing across a diverse portfolio;
- Experience of managing serious and complex criminal casework;
- Demonstrable track record of improving strategic risk and quality assurance processes in a complex organisation;
- Experience of positively engaging and influencing key stakeholders and partners at a senior, strategic level;
- Experience of successfully leading and delivering change through people as well as through major change projects that involve multiple stakeholders, internally and externally.
Desirable Criteria
- A good knowledge and understanding of the investigation and prosecution of serious fraud, bribery and corruption, and the related law enforcement and prosecutorial landscape, both in the UK and internationally.
