Essential Criteria
- Executive and Board-level leadership experience;
- Experience of managing across a diverse portfolio;
- Experience of successfully managing serious and complex criminal and civil casework;
- Understanding of strategic risk management and quality assurance processes;
- Experience of engaging and influencing key stakeholders and partners at a senior, stategic level, including the legal profession;
- Experience of successfully leading and delivering change through people as well as through major change projects that involve multiple stakeholders, internally and externally.
Desirable Criteria
- A demonstrable understanding of the investigation and prosecution of serious fraud, bribery and corruption, and the related law enforcement and prosecutorial landscape, both in the UK and internationally.
Essential Criteria
- Professionally qualified Solicitor or Barrister entitled to practise in England and Wales with at least 10 years Post Qualification Experience.
