Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience of operating at a senior strategic leadership level and operating at Board level<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in managing and motivating employees and volunteers, with a proven track record of achieving high levels of performance and maintaining a cohesive team<\/li>\n<li>Experience of or exposure to commissioning\/commissioners and complex contract negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Experience of leading business planning and performance management processes with evidence of success<\/li>\n<li>The ability to develop and implement vision and strategic plans<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of charity governance and knowledge of income generation activities including commissioning, fundraising and partnerships<\/li>\n<li>Experience of networking, persuading and influencing key stakeholders, including policy makers, politicians, partners and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Good financial acumen with experience of managing complex budgets<\/li>\n<li>Experience of using accounting software and willingness to engage with relevant financial\/accounting systems<\/li>\n<li>Confident in use of collaboration software, such as
