Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in a senior leadership role in a complex organisation with a substantial change agenda and front-line operations;
  • A comprehensive understanding of business planning and risk management with well-developed analytical skills;
  • Evidence of developing, implementing and monitoring standards of performance against strategic and operational targets;
  • A successful track record of influencing and building effective and productive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as income generation, media and public affairs, governance etc;
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles;
  • Understanding of the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector is desirable;
  • Experience in social impact investment is desirable.
