Key Criteria
- Fully qualified Accountant with substantial relevant experience.
- Proven experience with final responsibility for financial data quality, reporting, and audit coordination.
- Commercial experience and acumen and understanding of growth strategies, pricing strategies, business cases and options analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in leading organisational change.
- Collaborative leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Good IT, finance systems and digital capability
- Strong understanding of the charity and education sectors
